Identify the required gate valve arrangement
State whether the project requires a resilient seat or another seat construction, and whether the stem must be rising or non-rising. Include the required operation, installation orientation and available access for the handwheel, gearbox or actuator.
Provide the exact end connection, flange drilling or piping reference. A matching DN value does not by itself confirm flange, face-to-face or installation compatibility.

Specify the body, bonnet, gate, stem, seat, trim, coating and fastener requirements that appear in the project documents. State the medium, working temperature and any potable-water, buried-service, coating or other project requirement for confirmation rather than assuming it from the valve name.
Keep compliance documents in a separate RFQ field
List each required drawing, material record, inspection report, pressure test record, certificate or third-party inspection request. BAODUN confirms the document status against the exact quoted configuration.
If the buyer has a valve schedule or project data sheet, attach it with the BOM and identify any line-specific exceptions.

No. State every coating, medium-contact and approval requirement explicitly and confirm it for the quoted product.
What if the buyer only has a valve schedule?
Send the schedule and identify known line conditions, quantities and documents. Missing details can remain visibly marked for confirmation.
